What we do
Emergencies, and the treatment that follows them. Toothaches, abscesses, broken teeth, teeth knocked loose, lost fillings and crowns, wisdom teeth, cracked dentures. Our dentist does extractions (simple and surgical) and root canals here, in this office, rather than sending you to another building across the county. When a permanent filling or crown is the right fix and it can safely be placed the same day, it is.
What we don't do is pretend. If the honest answer is that a tooth can wait until Monday, you'll hear that. If the honest answer is that swelling near your eye belongs in an emergency room tonight, you'll hear that too, and then we'll see you for the tooth afterward.
How the office runs
The phone is the front door. A live person answers (770) 802-2220 at every hour, including nights, weekends and Friday afternoons. During office hours you get a same-day time. Outside them, your details are taken and the first opening is held for you, usually 8:00 AM the next business day.
We don't accept walk-ins. That isn't a rule for its own sake: a held time means a room is ready, the X-ray unit is open, and you aren't sitting in a waiting room with a throbbing molar behind three other people.
Every visit starts with the $89 exam and X-rays. Then you get a written price for your treatment, and you decide.
Who treats you
Our dentist is licensed by the state of Georgia and handles the full range of emergency care described on this site. Our front desk team speaks Spanish during office hours, so the call, the paperwork and the aftercare instructions can all happen in Spanish if that's easier for you.
For patients who dread the chair, oral sedation, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), or a combination of the two are available. Tell the front desk when you call so the dentist can plan for it.
Insurance and paying for care
We accept PPO dental plans, including Aetna PPO, Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Guardian. CareCredit financing and in-house payment plans are available when treatment costs more than you want to pay at once. Where we are
Lee Road, in the Paradise Crossing shopping center with the Publix, about three miles south of I-20 exit 41. Parking is outside the door.
