We're on Lee Road in the Paradise Crossing shopping center, the one with the Publix, about three miles south of I-20. Parking is outside the door.

The phone is answered every hour of every day. A call on Friday afternoon or over the weekend gets you the first Monday chair.
Directions
From I-20 (Douglasville, Villa Rica, Six Flags, Atlanta): take exit 41, Lee Road, and head south. The Publix center is about three miles down on Lee Road.
From Douglasville and Hiram on GA-92: Fairburn Road (GA-92) meets Lee Road south of the office; turn onto Lee Road and head north a short distance.
From Austell, Mableton and Powder Springs: Veterans Memorial Highway (US 78) to South Sweetwater Road, then Lee Road.
From South Fulton: Camp Creek Parkway (GA-6) west to Campbellton Road (GA-154/166), then Lee Road north.

Before you arrive
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you carry one; we accept PPO plans, listed on the cost and insurance page. Arrive a few minutes before your held time for paperwork. If you're bringing a knocked-out tooth, keep it in milk and mention it on the phone; the knocked-out tooth page explains how to protect it on the drive.
Anything that feels dangerous, swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, bleeding that won't slow, a blow to the jaw, goes to an emergency room first. Wellstar Douglas Hospital in Douglasville and Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell are both within about 20 minutes of most of our service area. Call us after; we'll handle the tooth.
