How far is our office from Powder Springs?
About eleven road miles from downtown Powder Springs. GA-6 is the spine of the trip: C.H. James Parkway becomes Thornton Road as it heads south, meets Veterans Memorial Highway (US 78) near I-20, and from there South Sweetwater Road leads to Lee Road and the Publix center. In normal traffic it's about 20 minutes. From the McEachern High School side, Macland Road to C.H. James Parkway joins the same route.
Powder Springs has grown quickly, and dental offices with same-day emergency chairs haven't kept pace. Twenty minutes south for a held time is often faster than a Marietta office that can fit you in Thursday.
